WHO'S LEADING?

Ministers

Peace has two pastors on staff, one full-time and one part-time.  Elizabeth M. Deibert serves as pastor, head of staff, and Tricia Dillon Thomas is pastor to youth and families.

In addition to those two Ministers of Word and Sacrament, as they are called in the Presbyterian Church (USA), there are six other clergy members at Peace, who play a vital role in the life of this congregation: Bill Clough, Richard Deibert, Bill Kemp, Grant Lowe, David Mullen, and Morgan Roberts.

Leaders

Presbyterians are so named because of our representative democracy.  We ordain Elders as leaders, who function through ministry teams (committees/small prayer groups) who are empowered to carry out the mission of the church.  The group of Elders elected to actively oversee the life of the church are known as the Session. Peace elected its first Session consisting of twelve elders on August 30, 2009.

You

We value the gifts and perspective of all active participants.  Scripture tells us the best leaders are servants of all.
